The schedule offers flexibility with Monday-Friday day shifts, allowing for 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. Documentation is done using paper charts, as no EMR is implemented. The CRNA role involves a team approach with significant independence and may include supervision or CRNA student shadowing. On average, the facility handles 30-50 surgical cases daily across 22 operating rooms, supported by a team of SAAs, surgeons, and CRNAs. While experienced candidates are preferred, training on more complex cases is available if needed. The patient demographic is predominantly adults, with required procedures including general surgical cases and IV regional anesthesia.
