A facility is seeking coverage from June through September with a preference for 4x10-hour shifts and no call responsibilities. The EMR system used is Meditech. The cases include a high volume of orthopedic procedures such as total joints, scopes, and general orthopedic surgeries. Other cases include bariatric surgeries, robotic procedures (gyn, general, and urology), a small amount of neurosurgery (microdiscectomies and laminectomies), vascular surgeries (carotids, vein stripping, fem-pops, pica, and stents), and basic general surgeries like cholecystectomies, bowel resections, and hernias. The role involves medical direction.
