Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PCU RNs to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to provide the highest quality care possible. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, documenting patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. This is a very fast paced environment within a level one trauma center.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent field.
• Active RN license in the state where working.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
