Schedule:

3 shifts per week
Day Shift: 7a-7p or Night Shift 7p-7a
Provider Requirements:

Must have active Florida RN license
Must have at least 2 years of experience as an RN
Meet criminal background check and drug screening per state requirements
Job Details

Provide direct patient care and treatment, prepare and maintain clinical records, initiate patient care plans and educate patients and other staff
Completes Physical Assessments for admissions or to evaluate for potential illness and reports findings to the appropriate Provider
Manages healthcare team for their shift
Monitors inventory of clinical supplies and drugs

Christian based clinic providing detox, Residential Level 1, partial and intensive outpatient services
