The position is with a 100-bed community hospital in western VA, right in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It's a very safe and friendly community as well as beautiful with the mountains, rivers, lakes and streams. It's a great place to live for all ages as it promotes a work-life balance as well as is close enough to larger cities without being in the center of activity. 

The ideal candidate will have previous hospital experience although all case management experience will be considered.  It is a day shift position, working 4, 10 - hour days with one weekend / month.
