Seeking an experienced Nurse to step into a Director role

* Behavioral Health experience required *

Join a full-service medical and surgical acute care center that is growing and expanding. Currently the hospital is licensed for over 400 beds and is fully accredited, is certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Quality Top Performer by The Joint Commission in four consecutive years.

Duties and requirements:

• Performance improvement; policies and procedures; staffing/productivity; program development; and nursing care for specific patient populations
• Works closely with in interdisciplinary team of staff, physicians, and other managers to ensure quality patient care
• Guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources
• Bachelor's required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Psychiatry or Mental Health Preferred 
• 5+ years experience - 2+ in leadership required
