These requirements may be waived with written approval from the ORR Project OfficerMaster's degree in social work (MSW) and five years of full-time direct service delivery experience OR A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or other relevant behavioral science fields in which clinical training and experience is a program requirement.
Licensed to provide clinical services in the State where the care provider is located.
For California: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist.
For Arizona: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist
One year of supervisory
Two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience conducting clinical interviewing and assessment, as individual and group counseling.
Experience working with children, youth, and/or families from high-risk
Successful completion of 86 hours of pre-service training and job
Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program
Cleared Tuberculosis test
Cleared background check from appropriate

Compliance with annual requirement of 50 training hours as mandated by SWK, ORR, and state licensing
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in
