Adult Level IV Trauma Center

9 monitored ED rooms including 2 trauma/resuscitation bays

Annual ED volume: approximately 12,000 visits

Average daily volume: 35–45 patients

EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

Emergency Medicine coverage for all patient demographics

APP works independently part of the time

Mid-shift ED coverage

Hospital-based privileges

Requirements

Active Oregon license required at presentation

ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required

Recent Emergency Medicine clinical activity/case logs required

Epic proficiency required

Board certification required per MSO guidelines

Additional Information

No call required

All orientation hours billable

Gap coverage assignment with possible extension in process
