• Employed position
• Physician must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Long-term acute care setting with Select Specialty Hospital, patient observation unit and coverage of inpatient SNU
• Initial $275,000 guaranteed base salary
• Can earn up to $20,000 bonus based on quality metrics
• 15 (12 hour) shifts monthly
• Starting bonus
• Retention bonus
o used for student loan repayment ($20k/yr)
• Relocation allowance ($10,000)
