Trauma 1 experience
2 years working exp as CRNA is a must
Medically directed care team model
All cases except Peds
Schedule :
Full time Coverage or Minimum 2 shifts/Week
Weekend Coverage (2 days/week)
12 hours
Days/Nights
Requirements for presentation :
Updated CV (No Gaps more than 30 Days)
NPDB (Current Month Copy)
NBCRNA Certified
Driving License
BLS/ACLS
Willing to Wait for License or GA License
Pay range on 1099:
$240 to $300 hourly ( All Inclusive + Mal Practice Covered)
