Required Skills
- Current RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA.
- Valid TNCC or ATCN certification.
- Strong clinical skills relevant to emergency nursing care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Certification in CPI or equivalent.
- Prior ER or trauma experience.
- Ability to float across different units when needed.
- Flexibility with rotating weekends and potential on-call responsibilities.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
- Experience working in diverse and fast-paced environments.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Ability to handle potential on-call duties based on census fluctuations.
- Must pass background checks and health screenings as per hospital policy.
