Join Our Team as a Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Night Shifts!

Required Skills:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA (or ENPC)
- TNCC or ATCN certification is mandatory
- Excellent clinical skills in emergency patient care
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to assess and react swiftly in high-pressure situations
- Ability to handle emergency and crisis situations with professionalism and compassion
Nice to Have Skills:
- CPI or equivalent de-escalation training
- Experience working in trauma or emergency departments
- Certification in critical care or advanced emergency nursing techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous ER experience preferred, but dedicated new graduates with relevant clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work every other weekend and voluntary on-call shifts
- Flexibility to float across multiple locations as needed to support low census periods
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different unit settings when necessary
- Physical ability to handle patient transfers, prolonged standing, and emergency response efforts
