Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2517.00 - $2594.00
Travel OT Home Health jobs in Albany, NY are available for 13-week assignments with Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:00 shifts, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You must have a current New York OT license and home health experience.
Your responsibilities include providing one-on-one treatment in patients’ homes, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and documenting visits using Homecare Home Base. You will see 5 visits per day and cover Albany County, NY.
