Required Qualifications

Active Michigan license required

Board certification accepted per site list (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM)

Required credentialing documents, case logs, and immunizations as requested by the site

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

Orientation and EMR training plus shadowing as required by the site
