Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 93-day assignment with our client in Florida, starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves mainly night shifts, with some day shifts, typically from 7p-7a or 7a-7p. The physician will manage a wide range of acute care cases, including emergency medicine scenarios, infections, and mental health, while ensuring all charting is completed by the end of their shift.
Responsibilities and Duties - Complete all charting by the end of each shift.
- Manage acute care emergency medicine cases, including chest pains, stroke, and trauma stabilization.
- Address various medical conditions such as infections, mental health issues, and cardiovascular/respiratory conditions.
- Perform procedures including placing A lines and C lines.
- Handle blunt trauma, broken bones, and other major trauma cases, coordinating transfers to trauma centers as needed.
