Compensation:

$180/hr

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No call required
No inpatient responsibilities
No emergency department backup responsibilities
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Reason for Coverage: Provider departure
Clinical Responsibilities
Adult outpatient primary care
EKG interpretation
Disability examinations / occupational medicine evaluations
Practice Environment
Outpatient clinic setting
EMR: Cerner
Level II Trauma Center affiliation
Supervision
No supervision of other healthcare providers required
Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
BLS certification required
Experience in adult outpatient care required
Proficiency in EKG interpretation required
Active New Jersey license preferred at presentation
Providers willing to obtain a New Jersey license will be considered prior to start
Preferred Experience
Occupational medicine / disability exam experience
Cerner EMR experience
Primary care outpatient clinic experience
Additional Information
Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
NPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation
Local candidates preferred, though travel candidates may be considered for the right provider"
