Clinical Responsibilities

Benign and malignant hematology patient care

No solid tumor oncology coverage required

Approximate case mix:

60% benign hematology

40% malignant hematology

Patient Volume

Average patient volume: 20–23 patients per day

Outpatient hematology practice

Medical Assistants

Requirements

Board Certified in Hematology – Required

Fellowship trained – Required

Washington license or IMLC LOQ – Required

BLS certification – Required

ACLS certification – Preferred

DEA highly preferred and required by start date

Clean background and malpractice history required

NPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation
