Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty: Family Medicine FNP

Work Setting: Primary Care

Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s

Patient Mix by Age: All ages

Patient Volume: 8 - 12 per day

Specialties and Staff on Site: 1 MA per Provider, charge nurse on daily

Credentialing: 2-4 weeks

Requirements:

Licensure: Any State License and Active DEA

Required Certifications:

Board Certification: Board Certified FNP

Life Support Certifications: BLS

Experience Required: 5 years of primary care experience as an FNP
