Description
Our client in GA is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 65-day assignment starting Aug 10, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, focusing on outpatient family medicine. The Physician will provide comprehensive care, encompassing gynecology, obstetrics, and pediatric services across all age groups.
Responsibilities and Duties - Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care in an outpatient setting.
- Perform gynecological procedures including well woman care, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, and D&C.
- Manage obstetrical cases, including prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBACs, instrument-assisted deliveries, and ultrasounds.
- Deliver pediatric care for all ages, from newborns to adolescents, covering general outpatient and inpatient needs, including newborn resuscitation.
Additional Information - Board Certification: Family Medicine
- EMR System: Epic
- Required Certification: BLS
- Must be able to see patients of all ages.
- Preferred training in Family Medicine or Med/Peds.
- Epic training is required after credentialing.
- Credentialing timeframe: 21-30 days.
