• Favorable Call Schedule: 1–2 weekdays per week (5pm–7am) + 1–2 weekends per month; call shared across team with defined coverage structure

• Partnership Opportunities: Partnership track with equal pay per day model and long-term earning potential up to $750K–$1M+; opportunity to grow within an expanding IR service line

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 – $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
• Licensure: Eligible for California medical licensure
• Skillset:  Broad procedural competency including biopsies, drains, vascular interventions, and general IR procedures; comfort in high-volume environment preferred
• Experience:  Open to experienced physicians and 2027–2028 fellows
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
