The Clinical Landscape

  • Comprehensive Care: Manage a sophisticated case mix including 70–80% Cardiac (CABG, Mitral Repair/Replacement) and 20–30% Thoracic (Lung Resections), supported by a 13-bed dedicated CCU.
  • Streamlined Operations: Efficient workflow with your clinic short walk to the OR and dual EMR support featuring Athena (Clinic), Cerner (Hospital), and Suki for dictation.

  • Guaranteed Earning: Over $1MM
  • Performance: High-value production, paid quarterly.
  • Paid Call: $1,500 per day after day 7 ~$12,000 monthly
  • Incentives: Up to $75,000 Commencement Bonus (paid on first check) and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment.
  • Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
