Travel Speech Language Pathologist job in Salisbury, North Carolina lets you support students in a school setting, providing speech and language services across K-12 grades.
You will conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will develop and implement Individualized Education Plans, provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, monitor and document student progress, and collaborate with district staff and families. You may also offer training and resources to district staff on integrating speech therapy goals into the classroom.
Recommended qualifications include a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, an active North Carolina SLP license, and strong communication and organizational skills. School-based experience and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
