Physical Therapist needed for home health setting surrounding Forrest City, AR area!

Qualifications
Must have 1 year minimum of home health experience.
Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of AR or compact license accepted
Current CPR certification
Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable
