Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care!

Required Skills:
- Valid North Carolina RN license with CRNA certification
- 1-2 years of proven anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to float across multiple ORs and settings
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cardiovascular, neuro, pediatrics, or vascular anesthesia
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Prior hospital-based anesthesia practice
- Experience working with diverse patient populations across ages
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to license for Compact license in North Carolina
- Ability to work full-time on 5x8 shifts, Monday & Friday, with flexibility for no consecutive days
- Willingness to cover 4-5 shifts per month (including high-priority holiday shifts)
- Credentialing process timeline of 60-90 days
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
