Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care!
Are you a skilled and dedicated CRNA looking to elevate your career in a dynamic hospital setting? We are seeking a motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia services at Moses Cone, a leading healthcare facility known for its commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a dedicated team, delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid North Carolina RN license and board certification as a CRNA
- 1-2 years of anesthesia experience; no new graduates
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to float and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work full-time, day shifts (7AM-3PM), including some weekends if needed
- Willingness to license for a compact license (if applicable)
Additional Skills That Shine:
- Experience with heart, vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
- Comfortable working with various anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Anesthesia
- Prior experience in a hospital setting with diverse cases including general, ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, neuro, and trauma
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time on a 6-month contract starting August 17, 2026
- Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days
- Be prepared to work 4-5 shifts per month with the ability to float to other locations as needed
- Ability to participate in an after-hours and holiday schedule, with premium pay rates
