Requirements:- Active RRT credential and state license

- BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Previous acute care or critical care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies and breathing treatments
- Operate and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment
- Perform arterial blood gas collection and analysis
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations
- Monitor oxygen therapy and patient respiratory status
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care
- Document treatments and patient response in the EMR
