Compensation:

$425/hr, orientation $210/hr.

Requirements
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
State license or IMLC highly preferred
Providers without an active license may be considered but must obtain licensure prior to start
Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Availability required at time of name clear
NPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation
Additional Information
Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Full credentialing required with both hospital and affiliated physician partners group
Local candidates preferred
Travel candidates considered based on facility preferences
