Compensation:

Regular $200/hr, Orientation $100/hr.

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
Full-time coverage needed
Coverage may be split between two providers
Reason for Coverage: Provider resignation and unplanned medical leave
Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient pediatric clinic coverage
General pediatric patient care
Circumcisions preferred but not required
Patient Volume
Average clinic volume: 15–20 patients per day
Practice Environment
Pediatric clinic attached to the hospital
Fully staffed model typically includes:
2 Pediatricians
1 APP
EMR: Allscripts / AEHR
Support staff includes:
RN or LPN assigned to each provider
CNA support
Onboarding & Training
Structured onboarding process with Clinical Informaticist support
Computer access and EMR training provided
Gradual patient ramp-up plan available while acclimating to workflow
Requirements
Board Certified in Pediatrics – Required
Active North Dakota license – Required
BLS certification required
PALS or NRP certification required
Clean malpractice history required
Availability required at time of name clear
NPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation
Additional Information
Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 2–4 weeks
Facility recruiting for permanent Pediatrician coverage concurrently
