Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team in Claremore, Oklahoma for a one-year contract opportunity. This is an exciting chance to serve a diverse patient population while enjoying license portability—applicants can hold an active license in any U.S. state.

The ideal candidate will be flexible with shift assignments, able to cover both day and night rotations, and comfortable with a 36/48 hour alternating weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory therapy services in accordance with physician orders and recognized standards of practice
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Operate and maintain ventilators, airway management devices, and other respiratory equipment
Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Document treatments, procedures, and patient responses accurately and timely
Requirements:

Active RRT credential through NBRC
Valid respiratory therapist license in any U.S. state (license portability applies)
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience preferred
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 36/48 schedule
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
