Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible Minimum, Board Certified Required, 3 Years Fellowship
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: Oklahoma (IMLC Not Accepted)
