Job Details: Specialties: Hospitalist Shift Type: Days Shift Description: 8a-8p or 8p-8a, 7 on/7 off Weekend Requirements: Potentially On Call Requirements: N/A MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified/Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) - REQUIRED Active NE License - REQUIRED OR IMLC (LOQ IN HAND) AT TIME SUBMISSION. Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Internal Med residency preferred; Fam Med can be considered Active ACLS & DEA - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED Availability at the time of name clear – REQUIRED Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility - REQUIRED COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED Located near OMAHA, NE.
