Locum Tenens Opportunity for Oncology/Hematology Physician in Southeast Iowa Location: Southeast Iowa Facility Description: Join our team, a leading healthcare system serving residents across the region. Job Details: Specialty: Oncology/Hematology Start Date: November 20, 2023 End Date: Ongoing Shift Type: Days # of Providers Needed: 1 Shift Description: Enjoy a balanced schedule, working Monday through Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm, and Fridays from 8am to 12pm. On-call duty is light, totaling 10 days per month. Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Required) Active Iowa Medical License (Highly Preferred) BLS and ACLS Certification (Required) Clean Malpractice and Background (Highly Preferred) Local Candidates Preferred (No Flights) COVID Vaccine Required Additional Information: Option for Locums, Locums to Perm, or Perm placement 13-18 outpatient cases per day Rare inpatient admissions, hospitalists handle admissions Level III Trauma Center EMR: Cerner Admin time built into Monday-Friday schedule Location Highlights: This opportunity is located near Cantril, IA, offering a serene environment with easy access to urban amenities.
