NBCRNA Certified - REQUIRED (facility is not considering new grads at this time)
Active CO License - REQUIRED Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call!
40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off! Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult).
Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.
