Your New Role:

Position: Family Practice NP/PA

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, consisting of two 4-hour shifts per day

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing own patient panel; must be able to work independently with physician mentorship available

Patient Population: Diverse patient base in a community health setting, with a minimum goal of seeing 9 patients per shift, 18 per 8-hour day

As a Family Medicine Physician at our facility in Humboldt County, CA, you will provide primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will manage your own patient panel, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Utilizing the EPIC EMR system, you will document patient interactions and ensure seamless care coordination.
