Description
- M-F (12 hour shifts) & S-S (9 hour shifts) - No call.
- Must be available 13-15 shifts per month.
- 1 weekend per month minimum
- Setting: Urgent Care
Duties: APP provider, Independent practice, all ages and genders.
Required Procedures: all standard outpatient clinic based procedures
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: mix of RN, LPN, MA
Skills
- AANP/NCCPA Certified - Required
Active WA License - Required or IMLC (LOQ IN HAD AT TIME OF TRIO SUBMISSION)
Active BLS - REQUIRED
Must have more than 2 years of experience - Required
Must be available 13-15 days per month & stated specific dates of availability - Required
Covid vaccinated - Required
