Description
Looking for full-time Urology locum coverage beginning in July! Providers submitted to this position will be cross-credentialed to provide call coverage at 3 locations. Call shifts will vary between one or multiple of these facilities.
Details:
Start: July, or ASAC
Duration: 6+ months
Assignment: 1-2 weeks a month of 24-hour call. Response times less than 30 mins.
Setting: Inpatient
Patients Per Day: 6-8 consults. We do have the APPs doing inpatient rounding and first contact for ER call from 8-5. There is an XI and a SI available and we do have block time available. When on hospital call, it would be more general urology with only emergent cases being done in the OR and the others punted to the surgeon the following day.
Support Staff: 2 other physicians, 5 RNs, and 2 MAs for our surgeon and 3 APPs.
Reason for coverage: Replacing current locum.
