Providers do not treat the patients or derive diagnosis in fact they are not allowed to. They are provided with the diagnosis accepted for the claim and perform a general exam providing an opinion on their current level of disability. Medical records are used sometimes to support or inform their opinion but are majority of the time not relevant to current condition. 

So, they do not dictate or derive history from the patient (patient fills out intake aided by staff). They examine them, notate findings and provide conclusion. With current neuros I work with exams average 10-15 minutes.

Schedule is Flexible. We just need a commitment of 2/8hr shifts per month or 16 hours of patient contact. Providers control their own patient volume, which controls their compensation.

Providers are paid per exam and per deposition.

They cover both Liability and no-fault claims

Providers average 4-8k per day. 8-16k per month working just 16hrs total.
