Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
- Skilled in accessing ports, PICC line management, and central line care
- Experience with arterial line management and blood product administration
- Capable of assisting with chest tube insertion/removal and managing high flow nasal cannula (HFNC)
- Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience with GE telemetry systems and specialized equipment such as B450 monitors, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
- Knowledge of infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license in the state
- At least two years of recent hospital-based nursing experience, ideally in oncology, med-surg, or telemetry units
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 12-hour shifts scheduled as day (07:00 - 19:30) or night (19:00 - 07:30)
- Must be willing to float within units of similar or lower acuity
- Travel or licensing reimbursements may be available where applicable
