Pay Rate: $1621.00 - $1670.00
Beautiful skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for their facility in Portland, OR to join their team for a 3 month contract assignment.
Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
OTA-OR
Certifications: BLS
Float: Marquis Centennial / Marquis Piedmont Portland, OR
OR License, SNF experience, and BLS are required.
Preferred Qualifications
SNF Experience
OR License
Covid Vaccination + Booster
Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred
Negative COVID-19 test result (test taken within 7 days prior to her start date)
