Job Title: Radiation Therapist

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiation Therapist to deliver radiation treatments to our patients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our oncology team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the oncologist.
• Collaborate with medical staff to create and modify treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and manage side effects.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient interactions.
• Educate patients about procedures and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
