Description
Join our Rehab Team at Easterseals Massachusetts, a non-profit organization with a mission to provide services to ensure that children and adults with disabilities have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play. In conjunction with many fund raising events, the Rehabilitation Services division of Easterseals provides a means of additional funding by contributing all net proceeds of the division to the programs and services that assist children and adults with disabilities at more than 100 sites in communities all over Massachusetts. Easter Seals has Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Physical Therapist positions available working with a mix of adults and pediatrics in a variety of settings within the Greater Boston and surrounding areas. General Responsibilities Include: Providing physical therapy evaluations to children and/or adult clients
Establishing a plan of care with realistic, objective goals
Designing & implementing treatment programs
Educating clients and caregivers in appropriate therapeutic techniques
Effective time management
Superb customer service and interpersonal skills
Actively collaborating with clients, colleagues, professionals and caregivers
Skills
Graduate of an approved program in physical therapy
Valid MA license as a Physical Therapist
