-  Screening and evaluating patients with dysphasia, aphasia, feeding, and swallowing disorders
-  Treating speech, language, and communication disorders
-  Interpreting findings in order to establish a diagnosis to identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement, and time required to achieve it
-  Developing appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the resident and caregivers, implementing the treatment plan, and completing all related documentation required for those services
-  Attending and contributing to resident care, staff conferences, and other related meetings
-  Consulting with and making referrals to other disciplines in order to address the comprehensive needs of the resident
-  Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the resident and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment
-  -Supervising supervise CFYs
