This part-time opportunity is a Friday-Sunday shift and ideal for a professional looking to establish relationships with case managers, physicians, payors, and other referral sources. You will work closely with case management to ensure responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process for the inpatient acute rehab program. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Professional in the state of Texas and possess 2+ years of recent clinical care experience. BCLS certifications are preferred and candidate must pass facility credentialing for Functional Independence Measurement (FIM) within 90 days of hire.
