JOB REQUIREMENTS Duties & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
- Conduct patient evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing monitoring of treatment progress.
- Participate in clinical documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards of care.
