- Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: AZ license
- Board Certification: CRNA
- Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the Cerner EMR system.
- Participate in mandatory remote Cerner training prior to the start date.
- Adhere to facility credentialing and case log documentation requirements.
