Our client is seeking a skilled Critical Care Medicine Physician for a 100-day assignment starting Jul 1, 2026, in Missouri. You will provide critical care services in a ICU and CTU, managing ventilation, performing various invasive procedures, and handling acute patient issues during 12-hour shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties - Manage patients in a ICU and CTU
- Perform Ventilation Management
- Execute Invasive procedures (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy)
- Manage Non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)
- Perform Chest tube insertion
- Conduct Bronchoscopy with bronchial alveolar lavage (BAL)
- Evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues
- Perform Insertion of Central line
- Perform Insertion of Arterial line
- Perform Insertion of PA catheter
- Perform Insertion of Intra-Aortic Balloon pump (IABP)
- Perform Temporary placement procedures
- Manage ICP evaluation and management
- Perform Dialysis catheter placement
- Conduct Diagnostic/therapeutic taps
- Perform Lumbar puncture
- Perform Paracentesis
- Perform Thoracentesis
