Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in state of employment or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA
- CPI Blue Card certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency or similar high-acuity settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to independently provide comprehensive patient care
- Effective communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous travel or contract nursing experience
- Experience handling stroke, cardiovascular, sepsis, trauma, and behavioral health cases
- Multilingual abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- At least one year of recent ER or high-acuity nursing experience
Other Requirements:
- Authorization to work as a travel RN
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
- No floating between units required
- Ability to meet onboarding and competency validation processes
- Commitment to following safety and security protocols; onsite security provided 24/7
