Registered Nurse - Progressive Care

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a progressive care or similar specialty unit
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIH Stroke Certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certification in specialty areas relevant to progressive care
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Prior experience in a 13-week contract setting or travel nursing preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
- No local candidates within 50 miles—this is a travel opportunity
- Willingness to work varied shifts and adapt to unit needs
- Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and compliance with all hospital policies
