What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- Ability to effectively manage patient ratios of 1:4-5
- Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in multiple hospital units or float pools
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or TNCC
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
- At least 2 years of MedSurgical experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability for night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), including weekends and holidays
- Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity as needed
- Valid licensure and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
