Travel COTA Home Health jobs in Concord, CA offer a 13-week assignment with Monday to Friday 8-hour days, covering the Tri Valley area including Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, and Walnut Creek. You will assist occupational therapists in delivering home health care, implement therapeutic interventions, and document patient progress. This role requires a California COTA license, with home health experience preferred.
